秋の兆し/ An indication of Autumn
（日本語は後に続く）One indication of Autumn, is that I have been enjoying cooking things in our big old gas oven again! In this picture is a simple dish of egg plant mixed with meat sauce seasoned with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic topped with cheese. The dish on the right is chicken on a bed of thinly sliced onions and flanked by mashed potatoes. The seasonings (other than salt and pepper) are a drizle of soy sauce on the chicken, rosemary and parsely.
I am grateful to be able to enjoy the seasons and grateful for time with family.
秋の兆しの一つはまた家の大きな、古いガス・オーブンで料理をするのが楽しくなったこと！写真に写っているのは那須と塩、胡椒、ナツメグとニンニクで味付けしたミートソースを混ぜたものでチーズが乗っているシンプルなものです。右側の料理は薄くスライスした玉ねぎに鶏肉を乗せたもので、両脇にマッシュポテト。（塩コショウ以外の）
味付けはお醬油一たらし、ローズマリーとパセリ。
季節を楽しめる事と家族と過ごせる事に感謝しています。
